REFUND POLICY
At Syl Sylectives, we always stand by the quality of the merchandise and the printing. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. However, if you notice any quality issue, you may return it in its original condition for a prompt exchange for the same item, or refund.
Returning an Item
- Please note that returns are available for customers based in the US, Canada, and European region only.
- The item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in with all original hangtags and packaging. You can return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Please fill out our Returns Form online and arrange a pickup date and time.
- Once the request for pickup service has been confirmed the item/s will be collected at no extra cost.
- Syl Sylectives will attempt to collect the item/s three times, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the third and final pickup attempt has been made, and the driver is unable to collect your package, we reserve the right to cancel the return where no reimbursement will be made.
- Exchanges: All items should follow the returns process, and a new item will be shipped for the replacement returned item.
Getting a Refund
- Once the item has been evaluated and it is eligible for return, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the item/s purchased. Refund will be credited back to the original card payment. For Cash on Delivery, the refund will be e-store credit on your Syl Sylectives account.
- From the time we have received your item/s and approved the return, the refund will be issued within 2 to 5 business days.
- Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Instructions for Defected/ Damaged Item/s
- If you feel that your item/s is defected in any form, please mention how and what is damaged in your return form. This way we can better understand what is wrong with the item/s once we receive it back in our warehouse.
- The item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in with all original hangtags and packaging.
- We only accept damage returns within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- If the item/s is deemed to be in normal condition and has no manufacturing defect, then we will return the item/s back to you without a refund. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- Please note that we do not refund or replace: Item/s that are not in original condition and packaging, damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are within the 14 calendar days.
- We do not accept items that have been altered.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.
NOTE: Syl Sylectives also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
